A Lead Form is basically an ad that collects user data for you using a pre-filled form, inside the Facebook News Feed. When someone clicks on the Lead Form, a form opens within Facebook with the person’s contact information like name and email address. 1 Basic Info

First, you need to set up your lead generation campaign. Just fill in your basic info, such as name and language of your form and a link to your website.

2 Set up your Context cards

You can create multiple context cards for your A/B test to find the best performing context card. These cards are a great way to tell your audience what they are signing up for before they submit their Lead Form.

3 Set up your Question cards

After having provided your audience with context via your Context cards and communicated the value you offer, you can go ahead with creating questions.

Be aware that people are more likely to quit and stop filling out your form if there are too many fields. Good to know is that if you add custom questions with a list of answer options, you’re more likely to get answers. Less scrolling leads to a better user experience.
You can create as many question cards as you want to run A/B tests.

4 Set up Custom Disclaimer Tests (optional)

You can A/B test your custom disclaimer cards to find the best performing disclaimer cards. You can add a link to the privacy policy on your website and add customer disclaimer cards as an extra option.

5 Review all form variations

We mix all your card variations and your A/B test is created. You can review all your form variations before completing the Lead Forms.

6 Publish your Lead Form

If you’ve followed all of these steps, you’re ready to go! Don’t forget to add your A/B test to your campaign. Once it’s published, we will automatically optimise the best performing form variation.
